Change of Public Meeting Date/Time Notice
Effective February 1, 2018:

City Council Meetings (held on the 1st and 3rd week of the month) and City Council Workshops (held on the 2nd and 4th week of the month) will be held on Tuesdays at 7:00pm.  

The Planning Board will be meet on 2nd and 4th Wednesday evening of each month.

Please refer to the City Calendar on the City website for the latest meeting schedule.  All agendas will continue to be posted to the City website on Friday.  
The City Council is taking its meetings on the road, hosting special "District Meetings" in the months of January and February!  

These special meetings (in addition to the regularly scheduled meetings and workshops) are being held on Thursdays at 6:30pm at the five elementary schools throughout the City for the benefit of the public to learn more about special projects and updates affecting your specific neighborhood.  City Staff will be presenting updates on various topics, including the Retail Marijuana Ordinance, Short-Term Rentals, Street Projects, and the Food Waste Pilot Program.

Come with YOUR comments and questions for City Staff and the City Council. 

The first meeting was held at Skillin School (District 5) on January 11.
