Amendments to Chs. 14 & 27 Related to Shelters and Hotels Part 2
- The Council held its second workshop on ordinance amendments to Chapters 14 (Licensing) and 27 (Zoning), which would enable the establishment of homeless shelters in South Portland.
- Council provided input necessary for staff to move forward.
- A first read of the ordinance is tentatively set for Feb. 21 (subject to change).
