- Accepted $820.00 under the State of Maine Asset Forfeiture Program to be used by the Police Department
- Amended the 2023 City Council Meeting Schedule impacting meetings in August, October, and November
- Amended and extended the 2018 Lease with the South Portland Land Trust for their Mill Creek Park Operations Space
- Adopted the City Council's 2023-24 Legislative Priorities for submission to the South Portland State Legislative Delegation

- Granted Mast Landing Brewing Company, 185 Cottage Road, a Class A Lounge license
- Instructed DPW to look into whether a “No Parking” sign should be re-installed near the corner of Walnut St./Cottage Rd.
Housing Assessment Goals
- Adopted the Housing Assessment Study Goals. Items will be brought forward to pursue the housing goals outlined in the resolve.
Ordinance Amendment (Ban Flavored Tobacco)
- First read approved to amend Chapter 10, "Health, Welfare and Sanitation Generally" and Chapter 18, "Parks and Recreation" regarding banning Flavored Tobacco. Second/final read will be added to the 12/20 Council Meeting agenda.
