10.    ORDER #2-16/17 – Authorizing the City Manager to sign an Amended and Restated Lease Agreement between the City of South Portland and Port Harbor Marine, Inc., for property at 1 Spring Point Drive.  Passage requires majority vote.

11.    ORDER #3-16/17 – Transferring $44,069 from unassigned fund balance to the Bus Reserve Account and appropriating $44,069 to the Bus Service Contract Engineering Services Account to fund a study and implement a pilot project concerning traffic signal prioritization for South Portland Bus Service.  Passage requires majority vote.

12.     ORDER #4-16/17 – Award of bid to Turf Products, of Enfield, CT for the purchase of a Polar Trac System for the Parks Department.  Passage requires majority vote.

13.     ORDER #5-16/17 – Award of Bid #37-16 to Rowe Ford, of Westbrook, ME, for the purchase of a transit van for the Parks and Recreation Department.  Passage requires majority vote.
