Health & Wellness Resource Fair

The South Portland Parks and Recreation Department is excited to invite you to participate in our first annual Health & Wellness Fair! This event will be held on Saturday, November 15th, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the South Portland Community Center at 21 Nelson Rd, South Portland.

This event promotes community wellness by providing access to free and low-cost health screening and preventive care education, such as:

  • healthy eating information and demonstrations
  • Primary Care Provider information
  • blood pressure and blood sugar screening
  • active living education and demonstrations
  • and more!

The public are welcome and encouraged to attend for free to visit, learn, and receive health assessments.
